Position Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of Total Talent Management solutions across the engineering, manufacturing, professional, and IT sectors.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and securing contracts for both temporary and direct placement services and Workforce Solutions including MSP, RPO and Payroll solutions.

Working closely with the recruitment team, the Business Development Manager will align PEAK’s solutions with client needs, delivering exceptional talent solutions that drive client success.
